Executive - Telesales - BPO (1-3 yrs)
1. Receive inbound & dial outbound calls to help members with their travel plans
2. Document all calls with regards to member inquires accurately.
- Monitor CRM so call returns are done in a timely fashion.
3. Follow-up with members within a stipulated time frame & convert to a sale.
4. Provide quality customer service on every call.
5. Communicate clearly and effectively with members, and good listening skills.
6. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets (both revenue & transactions).
