Job Description: Outbound Sales Agent (BFSI/Insurance)
Location: Electronic city Bengaluru
Notice Period: Max 15 Days
Job Summary :
We are looking for motivated and skilled Outbound Sales Agents to join our team. The role involves reaching out to assigned leads, managing the customer interaction, updating sales data in our CRM system (Salesforce), and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining the lead pipeline, following the sales process, and achieving productivity and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Management :
- Call assigned leads within 24 hours of assignment through Salesforce (SF).
- If the call is unanswered, make follow-up calls on alternate days.
- Change lead status based on customer interaction and conversation.
- Update call summaries on Salesforce immediately after each call.
Sales Process :
- Follow the provided sales script for all customer interactions.
- Provide information and assist customers who want to visit the store, including sending store details and email to the store via Salesforce.
Follow-ups :
- If a repeat call goes unanswered, continue to follow up on alternate days.
- Ensure regular follow-up with stores to check on lead status.
Reporting :
- Share hourly call reports and sales progress updates on the WhatsApp group.
- Post hourly sales report on WhatsApp group.
Quality & Productivity :
- Maintain a minimum of 6 hours of productive work daily.
- Achieve a call audit score of 85+ to ensure call quality.
Skills & Communication :
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and one regional language.
- Strong proficiency in using MS Excel and working with laptops.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Education: Graduate (Any field).
- Experience: 2-3 years in outbound sales, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or Insurance sectors.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and one regional language (required due to the diverse customer base).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with laptops.
Working Days & Timings :
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Interview Process: Round 1: Face-to-face interview.
