Executive - Telesales - BFSI (1-2 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Customer Interaction : Serve as the first point of contact for clients inquiring about business loans, personal loans, and housing loans. Provide information, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

- Loan Processing : Assist clients with the loan application process by collecting and verifying necessary documentation, completing application forms, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls and provide updates to clients on the status of their loan applications. Address any additional queries or issues that may arise during the loan approval process.

- Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, loan applications, and related documentation. Ensure that all data is handled confidentially and securely.

- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly, handling complaints effectively, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the loan process.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the loan processing team, underwriters, and other departments to facilitate smooth loan approvals and ensure client processing.

- Compliance : Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to loan processing and client interactions.

Experience :


- Previous experience in a customer service or financial services role is Bonus/Freshers can Apply.


- Experience with loan processing or handling financial transactions is advantageous.

Skills :


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.


- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.


- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to loan processing.
