Salary : 18K CTC Fresher and 19.5K CTC Experienced
- Fresher 30% Experience 70%
Education : Graduate / Undergrad with experience
Skillset:
- Stability
- Good in English
- Should not fumble while speaking in English or Hindi
- Who can patiently listen to the Customer
- Who have convincing skill
- As process requires lot of discussion making hence I suggest aptitude test
- Should take ownership on the call
- They do not need any language people, only English/Hindi would do.
