Job Role :

- As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be required to do outbound telesales calls to potential B2B prospects and convince them over the phone to purchase company's online products and services. We are looking for someone who has good convincing skills over the phone and good communication skills and also has a minimum of 6 months experience in service sales domain. Freshers are also welcome.

Job Description, Responsibilities, Goals and Scope :

1) Do outbound telesales calls to potential B2B prospects and convince them over the phone to purchase company's online products and services

2) Maintain data about the interactions with customers

3) Possess good communication skills in English & Kannada (or any other South Indian languages)

4) Be professional and pleasant while interacting with clients/guests

5) Monthly Salary includes salary in hand + Daily & Monthly Sales Incentives

6) Promotion opportunities in 6 months based on good performance by the candidates

Key Skills :

1) Candidate must have good communication skills in English & Kannada (or any other South Indian languages)

2) Candidates with education qualification like 12th, Undergraduate or Graduate are welcome

3) Candidates with minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in service sales are preferred

4) Candidate with telesales experience in industries like banking, insurance, credit card sales, holiday package sales would be a plus

5) Incentives are paid based on calculations on a daily or weekly basis

6) Good at convincing skills
