- We are at Real Time Algo looking to hire an, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.
Telesales Executive Responsibilities :
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders.
- Reach out to new customers and explain them the benefits of the catalog.
- Help them to develop the same Initiate sales by follow up phone calls from existing customers.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Telesales Executives Skills :
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Preferable candidate from financial, Advisory or brokerage background.
