Executive - Telesales (2-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the industry trends and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Candidates who can speak Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, or Hindi are at an added advantage.
