Executive - Telesales (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation:


- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients across several sectors (Semiconductor/Automotive/Embedded/Industrial etc.) in the European market (Germany/Netherlands/Ireland).

- Identify and qualify leads by engaging potential customers in discussions about their needs and pain points.

2. Sales Pitch Delivery :


- Deliver compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate the value of our products/services.

- Schedule follow-up meetings or sales presentations with interested prospects.

3. Market Research :


- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather relevant information to personalize outreach efforts.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape in the European market.

4. Database Management :


- Maintain and update the database with accurate information regarding leads, contacts, and results from outreach efforts.

- Track progress and report on key metrics related to lead generation and conversion rates.

5. Collaboration with Sales Team :


- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.

- Share insights and feedback from calls to improve sales scripts and approaches.

6. Achieve Targets :


- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas and sales targets set by the management.

- Actively participate in training sessions and professional development to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, targeting international markets.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet defined goals.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
