The Job :
- Our client is looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join the team
Your responsibilities will include :
- Learning details about our product and service offerings
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Generating Appointments/Leads for the Field Team
- Reaching out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Taking referrals to generate maximum leads.
- Achieving given monthly Targets.
- Achieving given talk time criteria every day.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills required :
You have a minimum qualification : HSC
You have a minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in Telesales/Telecalling/Telemarketing/Collections/Retention/Domestic BPO/Direct Sales/Telecom/Insurance/Customer Engagement process or domain.
- You have good & Pleasing Communication Skills, Excellent telephone courtesy & customer handling.
- You have should be target-oriented & Self-motivated.
- You must have a smartphone and a 30 Mbps wifi connection available at home.
