Executive - Telesales (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Prospecting :
- Identify potential customers through lead lists, referrals, and market research.
- Reach out to prospective customers via phone calls to introduce products or services.
- Generate interest and schedule appointments for follow-up meetings or demonstrations.
Sales Calls and Presentations :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to present products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Address customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
Sales Conversion :
- Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
- Close sales deals by negotiating terms, finalizing contracts, and processing orders.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Sales Reporting and Analysis :
- Track and report on sales performance metrics including call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Market Research :
- Gather market intelligence to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and market research.
Collaboration with Team :
- Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and share best practices.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
Compliance and Documentation :
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow-up actions.
