Title : Tele Sales Executive
Client : Ahmedabad
Experience : 1 to 5 Years
Education Qualification : Graduate
Salary : upto 25000 per Month + Mobile Allowance + Attractive Incentive
Location : CG Road, Ahmedabad.
- An effective Tele Sales Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
- They must be comfortable in presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities :
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Accurately recording details of customers Services Records.
- Generating promising leads / Meetings for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Set up Fresh Meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
