Executive - Telesales (1-4 yrs)
We are inviting candidates for interviews from Monday to Friday for the position of Telesales Executive in Pune/Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with potential customers via phone calls and assisting them in choosing appropriate products/services.
- Providing information about the company's offerings, addressing customer queries, and closing sales.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age limit: Maximum 30 years
Educational qualifications : Candidates must be Undergraduates or Graduates (candidates from technical background are not eligible to apply).
Experience : Between 1 year to 3.5 years in telesales or a similar sales role.
Languages : Fluency in both English and Hindi is a must, as this role involves communicating with diverse customers.
Immediate joiners only : Candidates available to join immediately will be prioritized.
Salary and Benefits:
For Freshers, the in-hand salary is - 14.8k per month.
For experienced candidates, the salary increases to - 23k in-hand, with additional perks including a - 3k attendance bonus and performance-based incentives (up to - 3.8k).
