Job Title- Tele Sales Executive
Location - Gurgaon ( On-site )
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Call existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Order Management:
- Accurately record details of customers' purchase orders.
- Process all customer purchases accordingly.
Lead Generation:
- Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
Customer Account Management:
- Manage customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Target Achievement:
Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to follow scripts.
Sales Skills:
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Experience:
- 6 months to 2 years of work experience in telesales.
