Executive - Telesales (1-4 yrs)
What you'll do :
- Assist users in navigating the Financial Freedom App and explain how each feature can help them achieve their financial goals.
- Help users choose the right subscription plan to access the app's premium content and guide them through the secure payment process.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer user questions about the app's functionalities and benefits.
