Executive - Telesales (1-3 yrs)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Operation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential riders, provide them with detailed product information, address their concerns, and ensure a seamless experience. Your efforts will play a crucial role in building trust and maintaining a high level of engagement with riders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
- Make proactive outbound calls to potential riders to introduce and explain our product offerings.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the product to encourage rider sign-ups.
2. Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to rider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when addressing rider concerns.
3. Lead Management and Follow-Up:
- Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert potential riders into active users.
- Build and sustain strong relationships to maintain engagement and loyalty.
4. Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Consistently strive to improve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Language Preference - Hindi + Any South Indian Language
