Executive - Telesales (1-3 yrs)
Position Overview :
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into sales opportunities through outbound calls. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell products or services over the phone to potential customers. Your role will involve engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase our offerings. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner to understand their requirements and provide relevant solutions.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Utilize sales scripts and product knowledge to present compelling sales pitches.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
- Record and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and address customer concerns to facilitate sales closure.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Participate in sales training programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
