Position Overview :

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into sales opportunities through outbound calls. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell products or services over the phone to potential customers. Your role will involve engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase our offerings. Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure seamless customer experience.

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Participate in sales training programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
