Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating sales leads, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.

- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

- Generate leads and follow up on prospects.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.

- Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1+ years of experience in telesales or a similar role (preferred).

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or Gujarati.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
