Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telesales or customer service experience
