Job Description :
We are looking for passionate and dynamic Product Advisors to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, both in Tamil and English, with a strong background in telesales. As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product information, and driving sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers through outbound calls to provide product information and answer queries.
- Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers for feedback and repeat sales.
Requirements :
- Languages : Must be fluent in Tamil and have excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales.
- Qualification : HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) passed.
- Salary : 15,000 to 20,000 INR (in-hand).
- Shifts : 6-day work week with 1 rotational week off between Monday and Friday.
