Executive - Telesales (1-2 yrs)
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, cold calling potential customers, and converting prospects into clients over the phone.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products or services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions based on their requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Record and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure sales quotas are met and exceeded.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
