Executive - Telesales (0-5 yrs)
- Outbound Calls : Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our telecom products and services.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our telecom offerings, pricing plans, and features to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and targets through a combination of outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead generation.
- Customer Relationship : Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable solutions.
- Lead Qualification : Qualify leads and prospects, ensuring they meet the criteria for our telecom services.
- Sales Documentation : Accurately record sales-related information in our CRM system and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and pricing to effectively position our offerings.
- Customer Support : Provide post-sale support, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
English and Hindi is mandatory
