Executive - Telesales (0-4 yrs)
The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication. This includes prospecting new customers, qualifying leads, managing existing accounts, and upselling current customers. The successful candidate will be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Qualify leads to determine if they are a good fit for our services
- Manage existing accounts and upsell current customers on additional products/services
- Provide excellent customer service to all prospects and customers
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a telesales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and provide solutions to customer needs
- Bachelor's degree
