Executive - Telesales (0-3 yrs)
Role overview :
- We are seeking to onboard an enthusiastic & dedicated Sales Executive to help convert prospects to closed customers, achieve stretch sales targets, and help us capture increasing market share in the markets we operate in.
The mission for the role :
- To talk to warm/hot prospects, persuasively pitch the product, represent the brand, handle objections & negotiations while maintaining a high closing ratio.
Skills and Requirements :
- 12th pass or equivalent - English medium
- 1-2 years face-to-face/telephone sales experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Very well versed in English & Hindi; Marathi (Optional)
- Strong telephonic sales skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Working hour s: 11 AM - 8 PM
Working days : 6 days working, Monday/Tuesday is off.
Outcomes :
1) Efficiently carry out 20-25 high quality & high effort sales calls daily
2) Pitch the product persuasively & effectively to the customer
3) Close prospects with a high closing ratio to achieve monthly sales targets
4) Learn & utilize advanced sales techniques like 'Sales Pipelines, Sales Funnels & Triggers
5) Constantly learn & improve on sales knowledge & sales techniques, hence improving performance metrics m-o-m
6) Co-ordinate with Supply & Customer Service Teams to maximize customer satisfaction
