The Job
Your responsibilities will include :
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and promote company products or services.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients and customers over the phone by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Conducting market research to identify potential leads and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Utilizing effective sales techniques such as identifying customer needs overcoming objections and closing sales deals.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
- Providing regular reports on sales performance market trends and customer feedback to the sales manager or team leader.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends competitors and new products or services offered by the company.
- Continuously improving product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development activities.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Telesales
- Spoken Hindi would be a strong advantage.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
