Executive - Telesales (0-3 yrs)
- Calling potential customers and explaining project details and arranging site visit.
- Exp in real estate customer support would be an added advantage.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound.
- The Sales telecaller shall be responsible to handle the leads and inform the customers to purchase companies' products and services
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets.
- Following up with customers and meeting sales targets.
- We have urgent openings for Tele caller.
- Convince/encourage clients for site visit.
- Manage sales leads by providing response to clients maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Responsible for monthly and yearly target allocated.
- Coordinate client site visit with the onsite sales team.
- Should be speaking Hindi, English languages.
- Minimum 1 years or 2 Years of experience in Customer Support Voice process/ telecalling.
- Strong sales ability, business acumen and commercial awareness
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Available to work on weekends.(Non Negotiable)
- Female candidates preferred.
