Executive - Telesales (0-2 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a fresher, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM software.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Good Communication Skills (English & [Regional Language, if applicable]).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
