Working Days : 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
Shift Timings : 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. This is a non-target based role with additional incentives, perfect for candidates who are passionate about sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a robust follow-up process.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets as defined by the management.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline .
- 8 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
