Executive - Telesales (0-1 yrs)
The Telesales Executive is responsible to establish the first line of contact with the prospective clients, understand their requirements, and build rapport with them. He/she is also responsible to keep the existing as well as prospective clients engaged through social media posts, messages and festival greetings.
Role Duties/Responsibilities
- Generate leads through different medium including cold calling
- Connect with all the leads received through different portals and references
- Build good rapport with the existing as well as prospective clients
- Follow up with the existing clients as well as prospective clients
- Send details to the existing and prospective clients about the new products that the company may launch
- Maintain data for all the callings made to the clients and prospective clients
- Keep the clients and prospective clients engaged through different social media posts, messages and festival greetings
- Prepare monthly reports regarding all the calls made.
