Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecalling and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for those with prior experience in telecalling or sales. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products or services to drive sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Outbound Calling : Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote and sell our products/services.

- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.

- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.

- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the client's needs.

- Follow-ups : Manage and follow up on leads and sales opportunities to ensure successful conversion.

- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in our CRM system.

- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide relevant insights to clients.

- Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).

- Experience : Prior experience in telecalling or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking manner.

- Sales Skills : Strong ability to close sales and handle objections effectively.

- Customer Focus : Ability to understand and address client needs and concerns.

- Organizational Skills : Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Tech Savvy : Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Familiarity with various sales techniques and CRM systems.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
