Executive - Telemarketing (0-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Provide information about products/services and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and following up with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns.
- Perform administrative tasks as required, such as data entry and report generation.
