Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in telecalling and direct sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of our skincare and haircare products and an ability to engage with potential customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our skincare and haircare products.
- Manage inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing detailed product information.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product range and promotional offers.
- Identify and qualify leads, convert them into sales, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market developments.
