Executive - Telelsales/Marketing - Electrical/Electronics Product (0-1 yrs)
- Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
- Answer queries about products or the company.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
- Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
