Our client is Chennai's largest diagnostic network and an aggregator in the Healthcare industry.
They take care of both diagnostic and consultation services.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech industry.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- Minimum degree qualification
- Interest in doing Telesales
- Able to converse in English besides Tamil or Kannada or Hindi to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
