Executive - Telecalling/Telesales (0-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and assist in closing sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
