Executive - Telecalling/Sales - Telecom (0-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls and send emails to potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Qualify leads based on customer needs and potential fit with our offerings.
Sales Engagement : Engage with prospects and existing clients to understand their requirements, provide product information, and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
Sales Conversion : Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting our products or services, addressing client objections, and closing deals. Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, personalized communication, and exceptional service. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
CRM Management : Accurately enter and update client information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Track sales progress, manage pipeline, and report on performance metrics.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use insights to tailor sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing. Provide accurate information and demonstrations to clients.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies, lead generation, and campaign execution.
Sales Reporting : Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and performance metrics. Provide feedback on sales processes and suggest improvements.
