Executive - Telecalling/Sales (0-5 yrs)
About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will interact with potential and existing customers over calls, emails, or online channels. Your job is to explain products or services, address customer needs, and close sales to achieve company targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales Activities:
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, or chats.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions.
- Keep customers informed about promotions, offers, or new products.
Process Management:
- Maintain a record of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Track and achieve sales targets regularly.
- Coordinate with other teams, like marketing and operations, for a smooth sales process.
Reporting and Feedback:
- Share customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the manager.
Requirements and Skills:
Requirements:
- Any graduate (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of computer tools like MS Office and CRM software.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivation and a target-oriented mindset.
