Executive - Telecalling - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Mr. Pincode's real estate services and offerings.
- Engage with customers to understand their real estate needs and provide relevant information.
- Maintain a database of client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels to convert them into potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property viewings and appointments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge or interest in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
