Executive - Telecalling - NGO (2-4 yrs)
- Make calls professionally to provide information about products and services, to Donors.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Will be responsible to handle inbound calls from the prospective customers and convert them into confirmed client.
- Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling Experience.
- Should have Excellent Hindi and English communication skill and Convincing power
- Should be open minded and ready to learn.
- Follow-up with customers & internal team.
- Demonstrate value, negotiate and close new customers.
