The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Responsible for Tele calling to the clients.
- Manage outgoing and incoming calls.
- Multi-task on various projects which are relevant to the company.
- Document all call information and update the same in Tracker.
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Ideal Candidate:
Skills Required :
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Mandatory.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Knowledge of customer service.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
-Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
- Should know how to work on excel.
