Executive - Telecalling - IT (1-2 yrs)
Job description :
- This role will be included end-customer interaction where the desired candidate should be able to communicate with customers over email and calls with all required scenarios. We are looking for a telecaller who has an experience in customer engagement. This role will include super team coordination.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Post-sales interaction with customers - through calls & emails
- Drafting an email to customers based on the queries received
- Updating CRM on real-time updates
- Monthly, Weekly & Daily reporting to the assigned team leader or the management
- Completing the daily database of calls on the same day
- Coordination with the internal team and completing the end customer query resolution
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience of Minimum 1 year in outbound sales or calling
- Computer skills with MS Office (Complete)
- Good communication - English & Hindi (Verbal & Written)
