The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Should Attend Inbound & Outbound Calls, Contact New Client & Provide appropriate information about Our Services
- Respond to E-mails, Phone Calls & Other Forms of Communication
- Follow-up with New & Existing Clients to inform them about Our Services and Recent Updates, Handling Client related queries and issues
- Understand the needs of the Prospects & Guide them accordingly
- Communicate Customer Details & Schedules to Sales team for further Demo/Closing.
- Maintain & Update Database in Excel in a clear format
- Gain Quick Knowledge of Our Products provided by the Principal Company
- Record All Successful & Unsuccessful attempts to close sales
- Attend Regular team meetings to clarify progress & performance-related expectations
- Manage Back End Office
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Strong Communication & Listening skills
- Should have Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Learning Capability
- Basic knowledge in Computers & Formatting
- Good People Skill
