Executive - Telecalling/Customer Service - BPO (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary
- Calling potential customers
- Carrying out product demonstration
- Follow up on existing prospects and identify new potential prospects
- Extend support to potential customers
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Graduation or 1 year diploma with 12th pass
- Minimum of 6 months experience in calling profile/ pre-sales is preferred.
- Experience of 0-2 years in a calling is preferred.
- Overall experience must not be more than 4years
- Have excellent communication skills in English.
- Online test is mandatory with >= 56 marks. This is part of the recruitment process.
- Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period.
- Shifts (subject to change): start hour will be after 7 PM and shift end hour before 10 AM-
