Position: Telecalling Business Development Executive
Location: Goregaon East ,Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1 to 1.5 years
Working days: Monday to Friday (alternative Saturday - WFH)
As a Telecalling Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the company by generating new business opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and increasing sales. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting the company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and leads
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Present and promote products/services to clients over the phone
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to set appointments and close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or business development (preferably in Hospitality / Airline)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
