We are hiring for a company that is using AI technology to provide services that are very useful for you to manage instant personal loan assets in a highly regulated and rapidly developing lending business, and improve operational efficiency in loan asset management.
The Job Responsibilities of candidates include :
- Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers- needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
- Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
- Manage Of Individuals Working On Telesales either For Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan and/or Used Car Loan
- Target And Result Oriented Individual Who Understand About Customer Support & Resolve complaints
- Identify Customers- Needs And Wants, Clarifying Information Whenever Possible
- Gain Comprehensive Product Knowledge To Enhance Telesales
- Handling Customer Calls for specific requirements on Loans
Ideal Candidate Requirements :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Corporate Banking industry.
- Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
