Executive - Telecalling (3-6 yrs)
As an Executive Tele Caller, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving inside sales through effective cold calling and tele-calling strategies. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and promote our products or services to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and contact potential leads through cold calling and tele-calling techniques.
- Inside Sales : Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and promote suitable products or services.
- Sales Targets : Achieve sales targets by converting leads into customers and generating sales revenue.
- Database Management : Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information on leads, prospects, and sales activities.
- Client Interaction : Handle client queries, provide product information, and follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting : Report on daily activities, lead status, and sales performance to the management team.
Key Skills :
- Tele Calling : Proven experience in tele-calling and lead generation.
- Lead Generation : Ability to identify and generate new business leads.
- Inside Sales : Experience in inside sales and client engagement.
- Cold Calling : Proficiency in cold calling to drive sales and business growth.
- Communication : Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
