Executive - Telecalling (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Tele calling the prospective clients from the existing database
- Update and effectively use the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software Daily
- Attending to the day's new leads, missed and scheduled follow-ups
- Convert customers to maximum site visits and reach monthly target
- Share relevant Project details to customers (SMS/Mail/WhatsApp/ Message)
- Must know all the ongoing and fresh project details thoroughly
- Improve site visit conversion
- Data mining at a fixed allotted time
- Enter visitors' details in entry sheet regularly
- Any other work assigned by the management from time to time
