Executive - Telecalling (1-3 yrs)
Tele-caller Responsibilities :
- Calling on the given database/exploring different platform to get related enquiries
- Recording all the prospect's contact details along with calling status in the given format
- Using CRM to manage leads till it's conclusion.
- Operating mass mailing activities, checking statistics & taking further actions
- Sending individual emails/WhatsApp messages to the prospects
- Filing & submitting daily performance report along with updated pipeline database
Tele-caller Requirements :
- Prior experience as a tele caller or similar will be an added advantage
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Computer literate. (Good in MS-Office)
- Experience of managing enquiries/handling prospects thru CRM is an added advantage.
- Good verbal communication in Hindi & English (For Chennai candidate, local language is must in addition to English)
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
