The Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and attend outbound as well as incoming call from potential clients
- Provide details about properties and pricing
- Schedule meetings and site visits
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Follow up to nurture leads
Requirements :
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Sales-oriented with persuasive abilities
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Strong organizational skills
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience within, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
