The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Must be able to communicate fluently
- Take inbound calls and solve customer queries
- Must be able to speak multiple languages
- Candidate must be able to work in night shifts also
- No food and Accommodation will be provided.
Ideal Candidate
Requirements :
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
