Job Description :
- Experience :Fresher's/Experience (0-2 Years)
- Process: Females Customer Support / Telecallers
- Good communication skills, Convincing skills
- Timely Follow-up with the Clients through email and phone
- Responsible for answering 70+ business customer phone calls per day.
- Accurately enter service requests in Pola booking software from phone and email
- Use excellent service and communication skills to work toward a positive resolution for both the customer and Pola cabs
- Increase customer loyalty by providing customers with fast and friendly service.
Ability to ask questions, determine what support the customer requires, and correctly route service requests.
- Accuracy in obtaining customer information for Pola cab database
- Maintain weekly/Monthly reports
Desired Candidate Profile & Salary
- Any Graduate - Any Specialization & Diploma, 10+2,
- Languages: Good English & Kannada ( Kannada added advantage )
- Salary: 11KPM-14KPM + Incentives
- Interview timing- 12pm- 4pm
